Our objective is to sell luxury properties at the best market price as well as offer the best conditions in which to do so.
We aim and specialize in finding properties throughout the Algarve (South of Portugal). We have access to all the properties that are on the market which allows us to provide exactly what our client is looking for, as well as possible alternatives. Not only are we thorough but also efficient.
Working together with our contacts and partnering companies we are able to offer a wide choice of properties according to customer demands as well as the best solution to any related issues.
How we do it
Once we attain a breakdown of what our client is looking for, we approach all the real estate agents within the region to verify whether or not there is anything available. We will present our client with 5 or 6 choices and they will do their own screening of the properties.
Once they have chosen their preferred houses we will personally schedule a visit.
When the customer decides to personally visit the homes, we take care of booking the hotel, making restaurant reservations as well as guided tours of the houses, surrounding area and of the Algarve.
Why we are different
Its a well known fact that real estate agents raise real estate. We, on the contrary, avoid the frequent conflict of interest between buyer and seller.To avoid set backs and maintain a customised, unique and high quality service, we never work with several clients simultaneously. After the client's initial contact we provide a response within the next 8 hours. Once we know what the client is looking for, dates are provided so as to advance with the whole process, generally taking no longer than a week to get off the ground.
Our clients will always have a notion of the progress throughout the full process as we provide constant feedback.
